Over a decade in software. Started as a graduate developer writing C# and .NET for enterprise clients, worked my way up through architecture and technical leadership. I've seen enough fires to know which ones matter.
I've led work I'm actually proud of - a platform migration for one of Australia's largest property companies (Dexus, ASX-listed), a state-wide government platform serving millions of citizens, and a technical turnaround that took a division from -630% to +36% profitability in six months.

How I Work
Pragmatism over Purity
I don't recommend rebuilding systems to use the latest framework. Every architectural call gets weighed against what it actually costs: maintenance burden, time to ship, and whether it solves the real problem.
Honest Assessment
The report says what I actually found. If the build has serious problems, you'll know exactly what they are and what they'll cost you. I'd rather lose work by telling the truth than keep it by softening the findings.
Production Experience
I've built and broken real production systems across finance, government, and SaaS. That history is what makes the audits useful - I know what gets cut under pressure, what breaks at scale, and what the red flags actually mean.
Root Cause, Not Symptoms
I don't stop at the surface. If data is going missing, I find why. If the architecture looks clean, I find what's underneath. The report tells you what to fix and why it matters - not just a list of things that look wrong.

Defined the technical vision and architecture from scratch - .NET 9 monorepo with Domain-Driven Design, vertical slices deploying as serverless Lambdas on AWS, MongoDB for data flexibility, React/Next.js frontend. Designed and integrated AI capabilities into the core product - intelligent assistant, AI-driven workflow automation, and context-aware suggestions. Built the MVP end-to-end.
