Websites and simple automations start with a free 30-minute call. Web apps and complex automations benefit from a paid discovery session (£500). MVP and product builds start with a full product discovery (£2,000) - multiple workshops plus a complete architectural specification. Both discovery tiers are credited against the project cost if we proceed.

Recent build: Architected a state-wide government debt management platform via NTT (Fortune 500) - sole delivery lead, designed the full system including custom Azure B2C auth and just-in-time user migration, deployed to production serving millions of citizens.

Technical Due Diligence

From £5,000

A comprehensive technical assessment for investors, acquirers, or founders raising a round. Covers codebase, architecture, infrastructure, team capability, security posture, and technical risk. Written for both technical readers and the people making the investment decision.

I've run technical audits for clients including Dexus (ASX-listed, ~$50B+ in assets) - compliance-governed under GS007 financial assurance standards.
