We scope the work
For straightforward projects, the intro call is enough to quote. For anything with more complexity, I offer a discovery session (£500) — a conversation plus a refined brief delivered within 1–2 days. For full product builds, a comprehensive product discovery (£2,000) — workshops, user journey mapping, and a full architectural spec within 5 working days. Both are yours regardless. If we proceed, the fee comes off the project cost.
